A few words from XComplete.

We have been looking after the Statons website since September 2000. Since September 2000, the site had 2 full makeovers, several new features and many improvements to the navigation system as well as the format in which the Statons newsletters were sent.

In November 2002 we begun the latest development to the site

with the aim to firstly recreate the look of the site with much improved browsing experience and secondly, fully integrate the site with the latest estate agents management suit - XComplete.

In the early hours of the morning between Sunday the 15th June 2003 and Monday the 16th June 2003 we have launched the latest site (the one you are looking at right now) having completed a fully customised management suit to assist in further improving Statons services.

The new XComplete system will now send you the latest property listings automatically; your email includes properties which are more or less in your price range but not others.

You can also create your own property portfolio - this will allow you to create a 'mini customised' site containing properties you feel are suitable and matching your requirements.

You can return to the site at any time, log-in using your user name and password and access your portfolio; the content of the portfolio are automatically updated when properties are sold. You can even email the content of your portfolio to yourself in one click of a button.

You can arrange viewing online by clicking the arrange viewing button at the bottom of every page selecting a convenient date and time. A member of the Statons team will then call you to confirm the appointment.

You can edit/modify your property requirements at any time without having to make a phone call. So should you decide to increase or reduce your price range, simply log-in to the system, then click the Update My Account button and modify any of the information on our system.

Everything is done in Real Time and that means that you no longer have to wait for updates or property listings; your property requirements are always available and known in all of our offices from the moment you join our applicant database.

We have also added a Download Brochure button to all of the properties on the site. Clicking this button on any of the property pages will automatically generate a PDF document (requires Acrobat Reader) with further information about the property. You can even print or save the file on your own PC.

This is just a small selection of the vast number of unique features we have added to the site. You will, no doubt, notice many more by using the site and experimenting with the various features.

Once again - Statons has managed to give us the biggest challenge creating a totally unique system with full integration with the web.

After nearly 8 months of work by 8 members of our team we are extremely proud to have accomplished this most challenging project.

We are now developing a similar system for Fine And Country - this is a brand owned by The Guild Of Professional Estate Agents.

Other XComplete projects under development are for WorldNet, De Vere Letting, Spain Homes, Green And Blue Real Estate Group and International Mortgage Solutions.
